using for my wife to prevent pressure sores which it does great. better than blowup cushion for comfort.

I've had my favorite office chair for 10+ years but the seat cushion was flattened and it was hard to sit on for long periods. I knew a cushion would be helpful but I didn't realize how comfortable it would be. It is so soft that I now don't feel any kind of pressure. I've had it just a few days so I hope it holds up over time. If I had one compliant, it would be that it could be a few inches larger. But, it's fine and I'm sure would work well for most butts

My wife uses the it while sitting at her sewing machine. Relief from pain and provides comfort. Highly recommend for comfort.

I bought this cushion on a whim. I knew I wanted a gel cushion because foam was just not doing it anymore for me. I spend long hours in my adjustable recliner and this cushion has improved the comfort quality X 10. Great buy for the money.

I fell and damaged my sciatic nerve. I was so uncomfortable sitting in chairs that or not padded. I took this pillow with me to restaurants, card club, my ceramics class, and anywhere I went that had hardcover chairs. This pad was a lifesaver I no longer have sciatic pain, but I sure will keep this seat pad for the future… great value for the money.

I have had this seat cushion for two weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. I was hesitant to order because I didn't think it would be thick enough, but it's very comfortable and retains it's shape well. I recently learned that I have scoliosis, bone spurs (on my spine) and a pinched sciatic nerve. I can sit for two straight hours and still comfortable. I would definitely order this product again and highly recommend it.

Was planning a lengthy car trip and noticed I was having more discomfort while driving. So I purchased one each for my husband and myself. They are soft but supportive. We didn’t experience any discomfort during our drive. Also, I am a nurse and wanted something to prevent skin irritation or pressure areas. This did that comfortably.

Bought this originally for my wife but she couldn't use it. I put it in my office chair and I love it. Nice and cushy. Well worth the money.

Comfortable, does not retain heat. Using with a high-end office chair, and can sit on it all day without becoming uncomfortable. Well made, but perhaps too bulky to carry when traveling by air.

I really like this pillow. It's large and fits perfectly on my office chair. It's not thick, so there's no need to adjust your chair height to accommodate the cushion, but it still provides maximum comfort. I don't have the problem of it sliding around; my office chair is a soft fabric and the cushion doesn't move around on it at all. It would be a different story with a leather chair. It's really helped with my lower back and gluteal pain. I have mobility issues so I spend most of my time sitting and this helps me do that without pain.

This gel cushion is great for truck drivers because it does an excellent job of supporting pressure points. It has really helped with my back pain while I’m driving, and the large size fits very well on my Cascadia’s seat! Worth a try if you need a little extra cushion or even to prevent back and neck pain in the future!
